We submit proposals and solutions for the manufacturability of the product and determine the time frame and concrete deadlines together with you. Of course, we also advise you on optimisation approaches and suggestions for improving product features and the product development process. This creates a safe production process and you retain full control over the characteristics of the product.

From the beginning to the end of the project, you can rightly expect maximum transparency about the process: our project manager will keep you informed about the content and results of our regular internal interdisciplinary project meetings as well as about any changes that may arise. This way you are always informed about the current project status.

Our project management is based on the standardised APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process. APQP is a proven structured process in the automotive industry for defining and executing the measures in advance quality planning that we use, to ensure your product meets your requirements. Through the elaboration and definition of specific product and process characteristics, FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for design and process, control plans, initial sampling and many other measures, we lay the foundation for high quality products manufactured under capable conditions.
Ultra Reflex is both IATF 16949 and KBA (German Federal Motor Transport Authority) certified, which is an important prerequisite for the development and manufacture of parts subject to approval with ECE approval and for products that are used in foreign markets.
