Sustainability is of particular value if we want to promote new solutions for sustainable development and develop our business responsibly and economically successfully.
We are working hard on these topics:
Achieving more with fewer resources
• Reduce CO2 footprint
• Avoid environmental pollution
• Energy saving
• Improve working conditions and ensure human rights in the supply chain
As a result, we have reduced electricity consumption in relation to manufactured products by almost 30% since 2012. In doing so, we are striving to procure 100 percent of the electricity to be procured from renewable sources by 2030. Approximately 30% of our products are made from recycled material.
In the area of sustainability, we work together with the platform EcoVadis.
