Reflectors that exceed the legal requirements

The production of reflectors is a core competence of Ultra Reflex GmbH. Reflectors on motor vehicles are parts that require approval. We guarantee that the reflectors we manufacture meet (or even exceed) the applicable legal regulations such as ECE or SAE regulations. We cover the entire manufacturing process, from the production of the prism models to galvanic moulding, tool making, injection moulding and photometric measurements. We carry out the measurements in our laboratory according to ECE guidelines or during series production with the RC 100 retroreflection measuring system.
